Nope. To my knowledge, Killzone 4 is set years after the events of the third and aren't really related.

I know people here have been buying 2K in stores already, and I've seen CoD in Best Buys already along with Killzone and Knack.

This is my main concern as well. I own both consoles and Xbox live was so much better than psn. Psn felt outdated and slow. I'm getting the ps4, but this has me a little concerned. I hope psn is a lot better on the ps4.

I liked live more because of the party chat other then that eh...same thing tbh

i don't use netflix or those other things

The demo console I played in Niagara Falls, Ontario had a torn analog stick, but my DS4 at home is totally fine after playing through 80% of Killzone 3 a few weekends ago. I guess it's all up to how well you maintain it and how aggressively you hold the controller.

This is something I'm kinda skeptical about. My 360 launch controllers are still alive and kicking after all this time since I take reasonably good care of my stuff (minus normal wear and tear and the occasional drops). Hopefully the demo unit's analog sticks end up being the byproduct of extreme use and the exception to the rule.

Got an e-mail this morning from Amazon that my NBA 2k14 that I pre-ordered for PS4 won't be delivered until Nov 19th! Now I'm getting a little worried that my PS4 might be delayed as well. I know it's paranoia setting in and it's said delivery date of Nov 15th since June when I pre-ordered, but still a little worried.

@Yaeger, talk to customer service about it. Idk how but the guy I talked decided to upgrade my 2day shipping to one day shipping so ill be able to get it on Saturday. How much are you paying for the game?

I understand this and I too have become a bit paranoid after seeing many people's Killzones having shipped from Amazon but mine has not, still shows "Not Yet Shipped".

I live chatted with them this morning and they said Killzone shows a release date of the 13th and they did not see any problem with my order and it should ship soon. I live in a state where there is an Amazon warehouse and I have Prime so maybe that's why there is a delay in mine shipping (not info from them, just my thoughts).

While I had them on chat I asked them if my PS4 was still on track to arrive at my house on the 15th, since I was taking that day off just wanted to confirm. They advised that it was still scheduled for that day and again saw no problems with my order.

I am now going to try to relax a little bit.

The ps4 won't be delayed unless its a standard and that you live in a place where it's native region is prone to horrible weather and would occur on that day

I had a similar issue. I purchased KZSF from Amazon with the $10 discount after Watch_Dogs was delayed and its delivery date just changed from the 15th to Wednesday the 13th. I don't mind what day before release I receive the game, as long as the PS4 doesn't arrive early with it (namely for security reasons).

In my case, I don't mind when Killzone arrives because of its reduced price. I'd gladly take it later than others if it means saving a tenner.

I just hope that we get some sort of generous Amazon promotion if our guaranteed launch day delivery doesn't end up panning out. I doubt we'll see any delay, though.

I'm pretty sure they'll be willing to go above and beyond for their Prime members, since they've done well with that in the past...at least from my experience.

Well, If Amazon isn't going to promise release day delivery on NBA 2K14 then I'll just purchase this game as a digital download, problem solved, only thing is I'll have to wait until it downloads and a 40-50 GB that might take a while, I only have a 15mbs download speed.
