I have watched its games like some NBA 2K stuff but I am in same boat as you trying to hold off on watching some of the other vids out there I saw on IGN (PS4 first boot up, PS4 OS overview) this is my first launch so I am pretty pumped. Was in university when 360 dropped and couldn't afford to eat let along game.

Same boat; I've only watched 2K trailers and gameplay plus the trailer for FIFA. Nothing else, stayed away from all the OS videos and other games.

Guys, I need some help.

Really put myself in a bind by not pre-ordering when I had the chance. Now I'm wondering if there is any possible way i can still get a system at launch.

I called gamestop and they told me about the p/o, come at 6pm, blah blah. But I don't really understand the process. It makes it seem like even those who pre-ordered arent guaranteed to get one.

Can someone explain a little more? And would walmart even be a considerable option? Im going to be looking in bedford, in. Pretty rural area for the most part, so I dont expect a huge amount of competition, but who knows.

Just stopped by my GS store and was told that there will be a party with hot and cold food buffet prior to midnight launch for all who preordered. Never been to one but sure sounds like fun.
