I'm soooooo hype right now!!! Walmart was saying my system was coming until Monday the 18th....

I just got a email from Walmart confirming my PS4 has been shipped it's arriving Friday and guess who it's coming through!?! FEDEX!!!!!! They get to my house by 10AM!!!!

I think that guys issues started way before PS4 was even announced. He needs help.

They have to attempt one delivery before they will hold the package.

No they don't.

Talked to 3 different UPS customer service reps, call them, give them tracking number, they will put in for a hold.

Just received a bunch of good news.

The supervisor from last night called me and said my order was reinstated and I was all set for friday. Well I go to check my account and my delivery says next tuesday.

so I call them again and this time im connected to a foreigner. I get told that when my order was canceled, I "lost my place in line". Thats when I begin to lose it and asked to speak with a supervisor. But while on hold, the phone somehow disconnected.

I called them back and this time I was speaking with an american. I told her what I was just told and she said it was bs. The reason my order was showing a tuesday delivery date was because my payment was not processed and as soon as it was it would change to friday. She then changed my shipping to next day to make sure it showed friday. Then she waived all shipping, taxes, and gave me a 100 dollar promotional certificate.

So now im staring at my order waiting for itmto change to shipped....

But I will be honest.

I would have died with all that stress and the waiving and $100 promo stuff would be pointless. Kudos to you. haha.

Fatleg you've been through so much crap with your order. If there is anyone in this thread that gets a pass on the gentleman's agreement regarding announcing shipping, it's you.
