My guess would be a DNS issue Or blocked ports, try switching to Google's dns servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), on the ps4 you do this in the advanced connection set up.

Depending on your router you may be able to switch it there, but ISP provided devices can be limiting.

Blocked ports you should be able to open those up in the router.

Put your ps4 IP in the DMZ of your router and if it then works then Burns is right, it's a blocked port. You can either figure out which perry's and unblock or just do like me and give your ps4 a static IP and leave that in the DMZ

My internet has been acting weird for about the last 3 hours and after trying a whole bunch of different things I called my ISP and they said there was an outage in my area. Some stuff may work and some stuff may not. Hopefully they can get it fixed without sending a tech to my house. I know they have been trying to get the whole city updated to 60mbps and gave been messing with people's ****. So maybe when it's back running like it's supposed to my speeds will have increased. Will update later as Sony told me there was nothing more they could do on there end.

And the weird thing is it won't let me access certain sites on the net. Even this website is working off and on from my home network. What a perfect day for this to happen on. So stupid

Holy wow finally back on psn. Can you believe it Sony was finally right about it being my ISP? I guess 1% of the time they say that isn't bad.

Yes The golds are really nice for $100. I know some people say they are too much, but compared to some of the really high end ones I think they are great for the price point.

I'll take the Golds over 99% of "gaming headsets".

I use mine on PC they're that good.

I 100% agree with you. The only headset I prefer over the Golds are A40s.

I own both the golds and the A50 and while the golds are good they don't compare to the Astros. The Astros are on another level. The bass and surround sound affects are a lot better on the Astros and way more immersive.

Infamous Second Son

Never played an InFamous game (have the original downloaded on my PS3 but never found time to play it). Watched some videos and this looks like a fun game. Thanks for the recommendation.

If you have PS+, First Light is somewhat of a prequel to Second Son and it is free right now. No where as deep as infamous in terms of powers and leveling up but it's a fun 3-5 hour game.

As a proud member of the gold headset club, it almost hurts to ask if anyone else has this problem... Often within the first few minutes of turning them on the connection will drop a couple times then quickly reestablish. They're usually fine after that, but if I boot FIFA right away, even dropping once means no voice commands without rebooting.

I suspect the issue might be with the USB dongle of, maybe worst case, the ports. Occasionally, I'll have the set hooked up to charge overnight only to have it still be only one or two bars. I checked all my power save settings and it's set to always, so unless it's something I haven't thought of, I worry about early stage hardware failure. [/knocks on wood]

Any ideas?

Check this out guys. Alittle while ago I switch ISP's and my old ISP deleted the e-mail I had. Anyway My PSN account is setup with that email and now I am unable to get it back because sony say I need the serial # from the console I created the account with.

I already made a new account but I had avatars and a PSN + subscription that I paid for, witch now is lost.
