Let me know if game sharing is an appropriate topic here on OS. I just wanted to ask if others have tried something that I saw on YouTube regarding it and if it actually works.

On that note, I haven't tried SharePlay since its inception, and I'd like to see how it's improved since Remote Play has improved recently.

I'd never gameshare personally, but I know a couple of dudes on PS4 who do.

No, its not for using shareplay.



The share method he's talking about is something called "ghost account", which violates PSN's TOS

I'm interested in seeing how it has improved and whether or not this would be the optimal way for me to go about playing something like NBA 2K16 or Madden 16 with my buddy. So if anybody has NBA 2K15 or Madden 15, would they like to give it a go with me?

Thanks, I'd like to try it out! Sadly my speeds aren't fast anymore since moving, but I'd like to see if this will even be a possibility.

Yeah, that's the tough part. I still buy physical and digital games.

For a single player game with limited replay value (i.e. The Order), I'll get a physical copy just so that I can trade it in. Or, if I'm taking a chance on a game that I'm not sure I'll like, then I'll get a physical copy as well.

If it's a game (like a multiplayer game) that I'll play for a year or more, then I'd rather just get the digital version. If I'm ever finished with the game, the trade in value just wont be worth it. I have no issues paying for convenience.
