I used the $10 Playstation just gave me on 11.18.16 and the 10% they were giving out the on the PS Store and bought Titanfall 2 for $22, not bad.

I assume the $10 off was for something else, but how do you get 10% off in the PSN Store outside of spending $100+ or something on a game?

The 10% OFF is for everyone and can only be used once per account so my advice would be to wait until this weekend as there's a rumored flash sale tomorrow. The 10% OFF is on the total cart amount.

I got nothing from PlayStation on the matter, either in my PSN notifications, PSN inbox, or e-mail.

I'll try and utilize it, but if not the 10% discount will do if WD2 ends up being on sale on PSN. That's the only game I will be buying though heh.

Now, if I get the $10 coupon, I'm going to try and do the 10% off first and then the $10 off second. That'll be cheaper, ya know.

But what was that $10 for? I haven't purchased anything digitally since The Witcher III back at the end of May and TLOUR during the summer when it was $8. The PS4 Pro is the only thing that I can think of in regards to why I received a $10 code plus it's actually very likely because a year ago, when I purchased the PS4 Uncharted Collection bundle at GameStop, it came with a $10 redeem code inside the box. There was no code with the PS4 Pro but yet, I get a $10 code out of nowhere within a week? I'm not a PS+ member or member to anything else PlayStation related so it's either because I purchased and activated the PRO or it was sent to me just for the hell of it. Either way, im happy and don't care what the reason is. Just waiting to see if there's a flash sale tomorrow.

The $10 arrived to me in October way before the PRO was purchased, it was going out in batches as I never got a $10 for buying and activating the PRO as main console.

Why would sony want to give you a 10 coupon for buying their console...So not only are they releasing a better console then what their huge base have but give you 10 dollars?

No the 10 given was to celebrate the PSN store anniversary and it went out in batches which you just got recently and others last month

Thanks for letting me know. I just checked the list but not a single game that I want to buy. Surprised that there's no PSN/Indie games on sale. It looks like it's just going to be Mad Max for me. Oh well. $9 for non-PS+ members is a steal so I can't really complain.

What do you think of PlayStation 4 Pro and which enhancements are you planning for this version? Is the Pro console powerful enough to deliver 4K gaming?

We are very excited about the possibilities of the PS4 Pro and definitely plan to explore some of the features to deliver a unique experience to the Pro owners, without being unfair towards the PS4 players

Not being fair? They both use different GPU's so what you do for the PRO has no bearing on vanilla....That upsets me if that is the thinking from devs

So in other words PRO owners might have to get use to just rez bump and not better textures and lighting?

To me, if developers are holding back themselves or due to Sony in regards to making the games as best as they can be on each respective console, then it completely defeats the purpose of having an upgraded mid-gen console. This is why im hoping that Scorpio isn't connected to Xbox One at all because just like PS4 PRO, it will then be held back because of the weaker console and again, to me that defeats the purpose.

Back to Pro, thus far, im happy with it but at the same time, it's going to be Resident Evil VII and Horizon: Zero Dawn that will determine whether or not it's being held back by the base PS4. I know that a lot of people aren't happy with Pro simply because so many games seem to run better on the base PS4 which is simply unacceptable and inexcusable in my opinion.

And I still believe that PRO is truly meant to help PSVR deliver better visuals, gameplay, etc. Going by Tomonobu Itagaki, that's exactly what Pro (and Scorpio) is truly for. My opinion is that this doesn't surprise me at all especially when games are currently being held back by the base PS4.
