The only way Microsoft had a chance at me buying it over the PS4 was if it was $350 or less. $500 is way too much. They put Sony in the perfect spot to announce a $400 or less price and win.

I don't think the PS4 price will be far off from that. I dont see how anyone expected it to be really cheap. You still pay close to or over $300 for a decent Xbox or PS3 right now.

$500 isn't bad at all, PS3 was launched with a $500 price tag for a 20GB and $600 for 60GB.

Day one purchase for me.
