Re: E3 Discussion Thread
Still leaning towards the PC for this gen, but MS put the ball on a tee for Sony tonight.
It isn't so much about price for me, it's about games. Aside from TitanFall, nothing else screamed out "500 dollars!" for me.Comment

Re: E3 Discussion Thread
I had already saved up well over $500, so it doesn't bother me too much. I was hoping, however, that low price points would be announced and I could get both.Writer for Operation Sports

Re: E3 Discussion Thread
Well....
There was nothing except Titan Fall that made me say I need an XBOX1.
And frankly that game isn't really one I'd seek out.
Money is on the ready and it's Sony's to lose at this point.Joshua:

Re: E3 Discussion Thread
an iPad alone is enough for A LOT OF THINGS. An X1 alone however ...
500 + another controller (at least 50) + two games (120) = 670$Comment

Re: E3 Discussion Thread
Like someone stated before If the Xbox One didn't have so many restrictions I think consumers wouldn't have minded the $500 dollar price tag
I found it hilarious when they announced the price to the E3 crowd....it was sooooo silent afterwards"Wisdom is ALWAYS an overmatch for strength"........The Zen MasterComment

Re: E3 Discussion Thread
It's not the $500 your missing the big point. It's the $500 on top of the restrictions always online, not being able to get used games. It gives the consumer no wiggle room at all. If the PS4 right now say $400 that's perfect.
At least by holiday time it will come down to $350 MAYBE just MAYBE $300. Then I and others can go ok I can get a game or 2 maybe an extra controller. With the XboxOne being overpriced by at least 100-150 you can't do that all. There's no wiggle room at all hell sad enough the controllers cost as much as the games right now.Comment
