PS3 update question

Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding PS3 updates.

The problem is not so much with the PS3 but with my ISP. Lately it has been bad, been dropping connection for a few seconds to a couple minutes, just enough to make you mad and other people in this are who use it are experiencing the same thing.

The thing I was wondering is I know that when you download a PS3 update and if it doesn't install right that could cause a problem. What I'm wondering is though if it doesn't dl correctly ( internet drops off for a moment ) that wont cause a problem aside for taking forever to download that problems only can occur when it gets interrupted doing the install?

The PS3 should be able to resume downloads through interrupted connections. Shouldn't be any problem during the install as I don't think you need to be connected for that.

Cheers, yeah I didn't think when it was installing would be a issue.
