I have a PS3 slim around 3 years old and I bought a 3 brand new in box controllers and 2 were real Sony and one was a fake . Now the fake one worked but the left stick broke in a week so I read his current feedback and he was selling fakes so I got my $$$ back .
So I bought 2 more real authentic Sony wireless Controllers both cechzc2u one from ebay 2 weeks ago and tonight from Target but neither lit up out of the box , nothing , dead no lights ? even off the charger cord .
I tried reset button and EVERY other trick , at first I thought maybe they are older controllers as the lithium batteries go bad after a year if not in use ?
My two port cords work with my older worn out controller so I know its not that and I doubt I bought two brand new brick controllers with NO Light up so could there maybe be a assignment issue where my ps3 doesnt recognize this new controller ? as my original controller was a CECHZC2H for this system and the new ones are CECHZC2U .
