    PS4 controller question

    Hi guys

I don't know if I should have asked this in the ps4 thread or ask here, I guess I'm just excited as I got a ps4 now,lol

Anyways I am playing f1 and have my headphones on through my stero receiver and it sounds great but I am hearing my race engineer through the ps4 controller. Is there a way to disable this? I'm sure other games do this but have just heard it on f1 as its the only game I have played yet. Thanks again for any help guys I appreciate it.

    Re: PS4 controller question

You can mute the ds4 speaker (long press PS button, sound and devices, controller speaker), but as far as routing audio to the controller's speaker, that's up to the game itself.

      Thanks,

As with the PS3 controller I can charge the ps4 controller using any USB port right? Like the ones on my PC or laptop?

As long as the port has enough juice I believe this is the case. I've charged mine on my PC before.

Yeah, I've charged mine on my PC, a wall socket, my TV, cable box, and so on...

You can also plug your headphones into your controller and get all the game soud that way.
