Isn't the vast majority of Switch exclusives published by Nintendo? The only one I can think of outside Nintendo was Mario & Rabbids: Kingdom Battle from Ubisoft. Love this game and highly recommend it. Other than that, are there any exclusives that aren't published by Nintendo?

Octopath Traveler was. I think it’s on PC now.
The marvel game is but that’s because it’s published by Nintendo.
Astral Chain is made by platinum games and they aren’t a first party developer.

I know about Astral Chain and the Marvel game since I quit one and beat the other. LOL. Wasn't Octopath Traveler published by Nintendo in NA?

So I won a $50 Walmart gift card in a raffle at work. I’m going to buy a $50 eShop gift card with that.

There are 2 games I’m looking at:

Luigi’s Mansion 3 & Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Which one should I buy?

PSA: the Black Friday non-deal 'Switch with Mario Kart' are the exact same sku as last year, including the previous version of the console.

Makes sense for Nintendo to clear out their inventory and stock plus it is still a good deal even though I would have changed the game to a newer exclusive.
