I got a SD card yesterday on my way to my college classes yesterday from best buy. I got a 128 GB card for $40 and transferred my stuff last night. Now between the system its self and the card I have a told of 123.1 GB of memory left. Crazy how little of memory systems have today. It only took like 7 games to have to upgrade and back with ps4 I had was able to get up to like 9 games before I got a 2 TB hard drive. If a systems is really good I can end up with like 30 games or so on it so systems only being able to hold like 10 games or so is pretty low.Comment

Mario maker 2 looks sick! A story mode with 100+ levels made by nitendo is sick! I may just start with those levels before I even play any one else levels to give people time to come up with good levels. I suck at creating things dont have any creativity so I will play other peoples levels. VS mode is great and being able to like drive a car in levels and having super Mario 3d world is great to!Comment

That is big I went with 2 because that is the biggest that fits in the system and I got it before you could use the ones that are not in the system when they did the update for that and I dont known how to use those ones. I think the 2 tb will last me. Will most likely need a big one when ps5 comes has I am sure games are just going to get bigger and with ps5 being able to play ps4 games.Comment

So this is a random tangent, but I was wondering if anyone else has seen this.
My kids don't care about Mario games. Sure, my son beat super Mario Odyssey, and he played a bit of Mario kart and that was the reason in part why we got a switch.
Beyond that? They want bendy and the ink machine, they want Fortnite and Minecraft. No interest in Smash, no interest in anything else to do with Mario, Donkey Kong, etc.

That's pretty much how I am. I've never cared for the Mario games. The only one I own for the Switch is Mario Kart. I keep saying I'll get Tropical Freeze one day (I enjoyed DK 64).
None of the other Mario stuff interest me.

I expect Ultimate Alliance to be my most played Switch game.
Unfortunately it will only take an hour or two of play to hold that distinction.
I'm just a little wary of perhaps having to buy 3 copies, one for each Switch in the house, so that my saves don't get trampled or something. I think if I only have Nintendo Online on my Switch and nobody else uses it I'm good?
My profile is on the other Switches, they should be able to play as long as nobody is playing it on any other the others right?
Probably minimize the number of copies and make the kids play multiplayer on one of theirs.Comment

My son is 10 and he is the same way. Mario games do nothing for him. He played Odyssey for a few weeks after Christmas 17, that was it. He never touches New Super Mario Bros. If he sees my wife and I playing he will jump in occassionally. He will play Smash and Mario Kart, but that's only when my nephews are over because they love those games. I think his gen is really focused on online. If his friends arent online, he doesn't even play the game. Hed rather watch YouTube.
