Keeping in mind I'm primarily a PS4 gamer. Switch is more for when I'm playing with my girlfriend or traveling. At any rate, here's a few of my favorite games:
1. Overcooked/Overcooked 2 - I think I bought this game on a whim after reading a Reddit review raving about it. It's pretty easily my favorite Switch game. My girlfriend and I became obsessed with the first one. The second one seems like a decent upgrade but she hasn't really been in much of a gaming mood recently so our progress has been much slower.
2. Death Squared - Another really fun co-op game. In it's simplest terms, you play with 4 players; all 4 of you have a starting point and an ending point and you just have to make your way from point A to point B. But it's all puzzles, so one example is that my player might have a laser that shoots from one corner of the map to my body no matter where I am and if any of the other players crosses through it, they die. So it turns into a complicated game of figuring out how all 4 of you need to move in order to complete the puzzle.
3. The Nintendo Staples: Mario Kart, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Smash Bros. - I assume if you own any Nintendo platform, you know the deal with these games. I probably played Odyssey the least of the 3 but I think it was actually the most impressive of them. The other two are more of what you'd expect from those franchises, but I thought the way Odyssey blended the 3D platformer genre with some of the classic 2D platforms was very, very cool.
4. Stardew Valley - My girlfriend was hopelessly addicted to this game for awhile whereas I never got to that point, but it's a very well-made game and a good time-passer.
