Great! I finally got mine too! 6 months after the fact, but hey - better late than never!

Big thanks to the OS community for keeping everyone posted on the availability. Would not have bothered looking today if I didn't see they were back in stock nationwide.

            Re: SNES Classic

I seriously don't remember the last time I played the SNES Classic.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

              Re: SNES Classic

I'm more interested in it than the modern consoles, TBH. Secret of Mana and FF6 alone are taking up more time than anything else out right now.

Also, it's back in stock at gamestop if anyone has yet to snag one.

I honestly bought it for my collection. I have all these games already...physical, emulators, etc.

I'm the same way, although I sadly don't own an original SNES, but I really only bought this to have in the collection.

Oh and to play Star Fox 2.

                    Re: SNES Classic

I sorta wish they included an option to improve the visuals, though. I know the point is for them to be exactly as they were, and that should definitely be an option, but emulators can do things like double the pixel density, etc. and it helps with modern large screen TV's to make the games look better. As is, they actually look much worse than they did originally, because originally I played these games on a 13-inch monitor (so the picture was better in many ways).
