I wasn’t expecting to be selected, but the more I think about it I feel I should be. Been a loyal customer and owned every system at launch. The least they can do is allow me to give them more money on another launch day.

It would be nice, but I have no expectations to be selected. Based on trophy and digital history, I doubt I meet the criteria. I just hope Pre-orders don't run out quick. I hope the pre-order starts a decent time of day and don't run out within a hour or so

Which tells them you'll do more to get a console like go to a store on launch day, while people like me who have barely played anything this generation represent an opportunity to expand their customer base.

I have a long history on PSN and have a ton of trophies and digital purchases and I did not get the email.

But I would not pre order directly from sony anyway.

I will be doing so at best buy or gamestop or amazon.

Which tells them you'll do more to get a console like go to a store on launch day, while people like me who have barely played anything this generation represent an opportunity to expand their customer base.

I can see it from that perspective. A hardcore loyal customer will buy it regardless. They might want test the market for those who might seem on the fence. Since the PS3 days, I have a few Digitial purchase history and basic level trophy history. I only had PS Plus once just for a 3 month span.

I said $400 and $600 because I don't believe that Sony wants to lose money on both consoles because at $400 and $500, they will be. Losing money on the Digital Edition isn't a big deal because with every game purchase being digital only, Sony can easily make that back in short amount of time. A third party game gives Sony 30% of the sale price. So for launch, a $60 game would give Sony $18.

However, a Sony published game like Miles Morales gives them the entire $60. We all know majority are buying Miles and if you're going all digital, they know there's like a 95% chance that every buyer is buying Spider Man. All Digital means future purchases as well. Let's say Ratchet, Demon's Souls and Gran Turismo 7. That's $240. Sony just made a profit on that console sale. With another 5+ years to go.

Realistically, Sony has no choice but to be $400 and $500 but I said $400 and $600 because well, I wouldn't be surprised to see Sony try it again. Plus, honestly it's more fun to go "unrealistic" than "realistic" because well, that's too easy.

Besides, I am wrong the majority of the time with my predictions so since I want the PS5 Disc Edition to be $500 because it's better for me, I figured why not predict $600 instead?

That is what i worry about that the system will go on sale when i am at work and don't know or something and than by the time i get home and find out its already sold out. When system goes on sale i think it will sale out in a day at most and after that i don't think any one is going to be able to get one in till 2021.

Ok with that last video i posted i am 100% sold on godfall. When we first saw it i had zero interest in it. Last video before the one i just posted i felt more impressed and went from no interest to thinking about it. This video now i am sold the graphics look a lot better lots of color and combat looks good and bosses look aggressive. So yeah add that to games i plain to get on day 1.

Assassins Creed Vanhala confirmed by the devs to be 4k60fps on series X. Did not see them say PS5 as well since is funny to you that I mentioned one huge perk of the xsx

You believing 1.7 teraflops is a "Huge Perk" that's what is laughable. There is nothing to prove that multi platform games will run and look better on the series x. It has a minuscule edge in power in one area. We will see when the consoles release if there is a noticeable difference in performance. Until then it's all just speculation.

So you think 10.2 TFLOP is what PS5 is 100% of the time? HAHAH

Trust me that you will be in for a huge WOW factor when you see what the actual TFLOP count is when you deal with variable clocks

We will see when multi plat games come out if there is parity like you claim due to this insignificant advantage that you claim from a variable console to one with locked speeds

You could get MLB The Show 21 footage but NBA 2K21 is already out so that's unlikely. Microsoft has the marketing for Madden NFL 21 so you won't see that at all.

I don't expect to see any next gen sports games on Wednesday. I expect the next gen launch sports titles to start revealing info in October. I expect mainly just 1st party exclusives that fall in the launch and beyond frame. We still need to see more gameplay on Spiderman Miles Morales.

I have a feeling we see more Next Gen 2k but I could be wrong. Godfall really improved with the last trailer it's now on my list.
