I am running low on disk space on my PS4 and will need to delete a game from the console before I can download and play the MLBTS 20 game to be released next month. Not long ago I bought NBA 2K20 and started a franchise save game. But my NBA franchise is not a high priority for me. So here is my question. If I delete the NBA 2K20 game, am I only deleting the game and my franchise save file will still exist on the PS4's hard drive and could be played again if I reinstall the game at a later date (like when I get around to deleting MLBTS 19 game once I am happy with MLBTS 20), or is deleting the game also going to purge all save files? It would be nice to not turf the franchise. But it is also not the end of the world if it is turfed since I had not really played the game all that much since purchasing it.

Your franchise save files will be fine and so will your game data. Deleting the game has nothing to do with those things. So yes you can come back to it later

I was NEVER able to find a flash drive that would allow my PS4 to get it set up. I tried 3 different ones / brands and nothing would allow me to start the process of even formatting it.STEELERS INDIANS CELTICS

I remember I had trouble on my original PS4 getting a flash drive to work but did eventually succeed, somehow. when I tried on my PS4 PRO last year I never did figure it out and put that project away. got plenty of space (as for now) so that's something I'll have to look into at some point.OSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23
