When I play NBA 2K23 on my PS4 offline (not connected to network), I am not able to load my locally saved roster file. It gives a message about Communication Restriction.
I've set all my parental controls to Allowed and made sure there are no limitations under Privacy settings. This is the only account I have set up and it's an adult account.
I have looked online and tried everything I found, but nothing worked. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Also, is there a way to send a direct email to Sony?
