I really would not like Lost to even run 7, I like the show, but 4 seasons or so should be good enough.

I haven't really seen the show and I'm not trying to diss it but how long can they be lost without the show getting stale? 7 seasons DOES seem a bit too much. It's the same deal with prison break.. how many times can they attempt to break out with his brother on death row?

You have to watch the show. The show has been on for two years but they have only been on the island for 2 mos on the show.

From this article about it, it reads like there will be more back story scenes on the DVD. Whether they are inserted into the episodes or not isn't clear.

I thought last week's was pretty slow up until the end of course, but I mean in comparison to this week which gives you a lot all through the episode.
