hahaha... I cant believe it you guys are mad that he said no she should not be hired?? They are in a competition, why would you wnat your competitor to be hired and get the sme perks as you, if you just won??

Thats like the Lakers beating the Bulls for the championship, and David stern saying so do you guys think the Bulls should get the trophy also and the Lakers players saying yeah?? You don't work that hard for something just to share it in the end..

They were shown to be very good friends on the show and you would have though that Randal would have helped out a friend.

That was great. I also expected Randal to get hired, and yeah it did seem like Trump was going to hire Rebecca too. But that was so great, he just said no and she wasn't hired. Even if she is hired in the end, just saying an outright 'no' and not being sorry about it was hilarious.

Randal completely unraveled everything good he had done the previous 13 weeks in 2 hours last night. He was disrespectful. He was arrogant. And he behaved very immaturely.

That Rebecca is a sharp chick (and young as hell). She'll make more in the next 5 years then the majority of that panel combined. Someone is going to snap her up in a heartbeat. And, unlike Alla... she'll actually do it without a hoagie in her mouth.

I totally agree. He turned real bad last night. While I agree, hiring Rebecca as well would have cheapened the show's ending, he didn't have to be a jerk about it. I'm sure Trump will end up hiring her anyway.

First let me say what a shocking finish and what a great season! Season 4 was the best in the show's history. Hopefully it comes out on DVD with extras.

You could tell The Donald was going to hire both and that was going to be
the surprise. He even made sure Randal and Rebecca wanted different tasks at the end. So he hires Randal and then he takes off ruining DT's flow. He sits back down and Trump trys to make a smooth transation by asking if he should hire Rebecca, and then Randal says no!!!

I couldn't stop cracking up when he had his speech at the end and when he said to Rebecca "You write about business, I run a business".

- I don't blame Randal for what happened at the end. It was great TV and I'm sure Trump and Burnett are very pleased because this will be talked about for days among the fans. Trump just should have hired both right away. As somebody that was clearly the best player I don't blame Randal for saying no. He deserves the spotlight by himself. Rebecca will do just fine. Heck if he hired both, The Apprentice would have jumped the shark. Rebecca looked pissed but oh well.

- LOL at Alla for trashing Rebecca saying she didn't see any leadership or anything special from her at all. When DT asked Randal if he should also hire Rebecaa, you could see Alla and Felisha at the back moving their head side to side meaning no.

- How nice of that Yahoo jackass to donate $100,000 to save face at the end. He wanted to say something else but The Donald cut him off. I wonder how much they raised at the event. Carolyn is out to launch when she blamed Rebecca for not taking charge. Considering Yahoo is sponsoring the event of course she's going to listen to them. I would have done the same thing with the backpack.

- I miss the cast reunion. I want to see it done like Survivor. They needed
to address certain issues that came up during the season. I wanted to hear
from Kristy, Marcus, etc... Bring it back like Season 1.

- I saw Bill and Kendra at the show, but I didn't see Kelly.

- Hopefully Playboy "steps up to the plate" and offers Rebecca a contract ... to pose. She's smart and I could see the "fire in her eyes" when she gave that speech about raising all that money for charity when she was only 15 years old. She's also got an excellent smile.

Na..im glad my man Randall won it alone..he is right...why should have to share the spotlight...what if Trump would have said if you Like Rebecca so much you're fired and she's hired...you never know with Trump especially with the way he fires 4 people at a time now......he played it safe. If Trump likes Rebecca that much he'll hire her anyways.

I just got throught watching it on the DVR and was glad Randal made that decision. Why should he share the spotlight? He won fair and square. Seems like when a brotha wins these reality shows they gotta share the spotlight. It's almost like the American Idol season a couple of years ago when Ruben Studdard won it. Even though he won it you would have never known it they way Clay Aiken got more press than Ruben.

Call it what you want but I'm calling it the way I see it. Rebeca was good but not good enough so she gets second place. As Randal says, "She writes about buisness...I run a buisness."

Randall made the right decision...You guys can sit here and say he is not a good friend, but this is not The Friendship Apprentice...Who Cares? It's a business, for those of us in corporate America, we have learned at a point, there is separation of business and friendship. He made a decision as a businessman, hence the reason why the Businessman of all businessmen stated that he respected his decision. Given, maybe weeks down the line Trump would still hire Rebecca, but it won't be as the 'Apprentice'...its been one way for years now, why change. Kind of reminds me of last season or the season before when one of the contestants brought an exempt member on their team to the boardroom to get fired. Donald specifically asked, why are you bringing him/her to the boardroom and breaking the rules of the game...that person got fired for doing that. From that I learned that Donald is a Big rules man, just like a previous poster stated there is no telling what he would have done if Randall had said "Yes, Hire her too"... It has nothing to do with his ego or being arrogant...He was simply being a businessman... I would've done the same....Come on, I just worked hard to win and now you want me to share it, psh, Please!!

And also, the basketball scenario IS the same thing, someone worked hard to win something many looked forward to and many started, it comes down to the last 2 and now the question is being asked if I want to share my win with the 2nd place team/person. Just as it's not the "NBA Championship(S)" "It's not the 'Apprenti'!" (Classic)

Its going to be "just buisness" when Donald doesnt hire his *** for a real job after his 1 year contract is up.

Donald even mentioned a few times "You only are guarenteed a 1 year contract".

That female was loyal, and Donald loves loyalty.

He was not loyal at all, and he was arrognat as ****.

Its good he won, I hope the enjoys the job for as long as he is able to keep it (dont worry, that female has way more years ahead of her, and she will be successfull)

Trump, Randal, and Rebecca all appeared on Larry King tonight.

Trump got pissed when King asked him if racism was involved.

Rebecca did an interview with the fishbowl folks and she said she has no interest in posing for a magazine like Maxim.

LOL...He is not going to base his future employment on what happened on the last 10 mins of the show. He'll base it on how he performs through that 1 year contract. No doubt Rebecca would be successful, she very well will be, but the fact of the matter is 1 person won and it should remain that way.
