American Idiot is far and away their best album in my opinion. You should make an exception for your "do not buy CDs" rule and pick it up.

Green Day haven't put out a bad album. Warning might be their weakest, but still have a lot of good songs on it. Dookie is their crowning masterpiece achievement though, so start there.

Yeah I agree. I grew up with Billy. He was writing music in class instead of doing the classwork. lol. Longview is about the town Rodeo. I still can't believe how big they got. lol I still like Dookie the best.
