Cable Management...

Hey guys. I need some tips on cable management. Basically, we have this equipment in the office that needs to be neatly arranged. As of right now, we have all sorts of Cat 5, VGA cables, power cords, extensions, speaker cables, etc. all over the place. We are looking to arrange it so it is nice and neat. Can anyone give me some ideas?

I just use zip ties. When we redid our server room, I basically took out all the wires and started from scratch. Wires that were going to the same places got tied together in small groups. I hate cable management.

Well, the boss kinda wants to hide the cables, as well as arrange them. Any other ideas?
