Okay. I'm going to make this simple and sweet. I would like to get into some good female bands (whether they're all female or just vocas) and what not. So, if anybody has a good female vocalist, female band, or female rapper to suggest, this is the thread to do it in.

rilo kiley- indie and they're folk/poppish.. i would suggest getting their newest album "more adventurous".. since there's lots of "catchy songs".. they have like two before that..

Jill Scott latest album was excellent if you're a R&B fan. India Arie is good as well......much better than Alicia Keys who is really, really overrated.-Rocky Balboa"Maybe I can't win.
