Common sense should tell you if you don't want someone to take topless pictures of you, don't walk around your backyard with your boobs hanging out. Especially if you are a celebrity.

Deep down, I bet Aniston loved those shots.

First, she's trying to shed her "good girl" image that still exists from "Friends." Second, she probably was having esteem issues after Pitt dumped her, and knowing that guys were drooling over her boobies probably made her feel a bit better.

Name me a hot chick who dislikes guys admiring her body, and I'll name you a prude. I doubt Aniston is a prude.

That's a line of thinking I don't get. She shouldn't be topless in her own backyard because she's a celebrity.

I guess they also shouldn't change near a window inside their house because the Paparazzi climb up trees to take pictures.

If you don't want the opportunity to arise where pictures are taken of you without your shirt on, then don't sunbathe naked in your backyard. It's quite logical. You would think she would have learned her lesson from a few years ago when the topless pictures of her from some beach were making the rounds and she sued, but apparently not. If I were to walk out on my backporch without any pants on, even as nothing more than an average joe, I would expecting nothing short of someone, somewhere snapping a couple pictures of me. If you are going to expose yourself in clear view of other people, then, yes, you should expect someone to be there to snap a couple rolls of film.

If I were to walk out on my backporch without any pants on, even as nothing more than an average joe, I would expecting nothing short of someone, somewhere snapping a couple pictures of me.

if its a "backshot", that picture is pretty dang old. 4-5 years old. Not sure why they are bringing this up now. I heard about she trying to sue 4 years ago. this must be new.
