I'll be at Amsterjam today, that Heinekin sponsored show. The Foo Fighters and Tom Petty are performing together, Busta Rhymes and someone (Tego Caldron, maybe?) and my boy Papoose (!). There's tons more performing, but I actually have no idea who. Nothing beats free tickets courtesy of my friend at Sirius.

Closed out my summer concerts as I always do, with Kenny Chesney. It was a good concert, but Carrie Underwood... SUCKS! I had never seen her but a few times on American Idol, I wanted to stab my ear lobes out as she screeched or sang, whatever you call what she did. Dierks Bentely was ok, nothing special, my wife's sister loves him, so she had a great time. But as per the norm, once Chesney hit the stage, the party began and it was a great 2 hours of performances, including a surprise apperance by Uncle Kracker for 4 songs (When the Sun Goes Down, Cowboy, Follow Me, and a George Jones drinking song that I can't remember right now).

Great time, and once again, another summer comes to a close.

Not for that show, but the other shows were like $50. I don't know if thats just general admission or thats all that was left.

Yea man I went to the same concert here in Atlanta Last Saturday Night. Jake Owens was there for me over Carrie and I thought he was pretty decent. Dierks did fine I thought but Kenny did a great job. I guess Uncle Kracker shows up for almost all of Kenny's concerts, It's not like he has anything going now. Him showing up tho was the best part of the concert for me definatly.

I've seen Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney and Tim Mcgraw this year..pretty good for a country fan and plan on going to see Brad Paisley later this year also.

I actually think Atlanta was the first show Kracker showed up at. Chesney mentioned something about it, and that they played their new single for the first time in Atlanta and wanted to play it for Cleveland as well.

I went to the Tom Petty/Allman Brothers Band concert in Hartford two weeks ago. It was fun as hell, though I was convinced Petty was lip syncing.

Or maybe I just had too much .

That's awesome then, Kenny was good but I was gettin a bit Stale with him but once Uncle Kracker came out he got it rocking and once he left Kenny kept it going good, So I was very happy he came out there.

Went to the Goo Goo Dolls/Counting Crows concert with my girlfriend this past week. Not too terribly high on the GGD's, but I love the Counting Crows.

Just got back from Mae/The New Amsterdams/Vedera.

Great show. I wish I could see Mae every day.
