this sux, the bad wheather here in NY knocked my power out, and I may be out for a few days, I'm up at my Fiance parents house for tonight, hoping they get the power back ASAP, you never realize how important you power is until you lose. Two major water pumps in my aera is out to, they say we may even be oout of water soon too, until ConEd gets the generator up to run these pumps again. WOW, this really stinks. I'm sorry if this is not the right forum, just didn't know where to put it.

Dude that bites and we all wish you the best. I know what not having power for a few days in Florida was like due to the hurricanes and storms that came thru here last year so I can empathize.

I remember "the great blackout". Luckily it was during the summer but man all the meat in my freezer was sooo close to being spoiled. Luckily my aunt's power came back on before that happened and we sent the meat there.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

yeah in north jersey alot of traffic lights were out and trees fell over. short period of pandamonium from like 7-8am this morning.Comment
