There's a little bit of controversey. Apparently NBC was upset when Fox refused to have any artist of their choice. They also didn't agree with two of his guest, one being Snoop Dog. I think the other may be Game since they appear on one of his songs on his album. Since Jamie refused to conform, they haven't been advertising the special and will be airing head to head with American Idol. Two much drama for me. If you're interested in Fox and haven't heard his new album (which I love) tune in.

I swear since he won his oscar he's been in the news left and right for being hard to work with. I hope his fame hasn't gone to his head. I really like him and I'd hate for him to have to go back doing bad movies cause no one will work with him.

I say he deserves everything he's gotten up to this point. I cant think of many celebs with as many accolades as Foxx right now. He should have a big head.

Anyway, whats this sapecial soppose to be about tonight?

He actually filmed Stealth before Ray. It just was released after. His post Ray movies are Jarhead (which was good) and Miami Vice ( which looks bad).

I heard about this too but I dont think its a big deal. It wasnt like this special was going to do huge ratings and Ive seen some ads on NBC for it. I heard it was originally scheduled for 9 o clock instead of 8, which would have been just as bad since it would have been going against a new episode of Lost.

I'll tune in, he may have a bit of an ego right now but that's to be expected. I'm sure Denzel grew a big head after his first Oscar and look at him now. He's one of the best actors in the business.

Apparently he and Michael Mann have had quite a spat on the Miami Vice set. Of course every thing about that movie has been bad news, but I've heard Foxx has been so full of himself that Mann even commented that he saved Foxx from Booty Call type movies with his role in Ali, and now that Jamie has made it big he's not the person Mann first liked working with.
