Rascal Flatts...
This doesnt seem like a board with a lot of country music fans, but just wondering if anyone here likes Rascal Flatts? Im honestly not a fan of country myself (I like bands like Taking Back Sunday, Matchbook romance and hidden in plain view) but in the past 2 months ive started to really like the country band Rascal Flatts.

I enjoy listening to them. In fact, I didn't have my CD player working and heard a song by them on the radio. Also saw them once back in the Fall of 2003 at the Mid South Fair. It was a pretty good show.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening To -

Re: Rascal Flatts...
They're the Nashville equivalent to a pop boy band. Not much depth, but easy to listen to. Perfect match for the current schlock coming out of Nashville.Originally posted by MagicBucsWsoxFanThis doesnt seem like a board with a lot of country music fans, but just wondering if anyone here likes Rascal Flatts? I'm not a fan -- obviously! -- but the band does produce nice harmonies.
Take care,

Re: Rascal Flatts...
Their two albums before Feels Like Today -- which was just flat-out grating -- was listenable, with a few real standout cuts, namely "These Days." Gary LeVox's voice can very easily become the musical equivilant of hearing fingernails on a chalkboard if you even try to listen to more than a handful of songs at a time though.
When it comes to country threesomes, I'll just stick with that certain trio out of San Diego.Comment

I bought my parents tickets to see these guys (or girls?) for Christmas, the show is this Saturday at Mohegan Sun. At least I think it was them, I don't really know any other country music artists.

Hehe...Rascal Flatts is actually my favorite band. They have some excellent songs and their lead singer is tremendous in my opinion. Also they are from Columbus. which is cool. The song "Skin" just makes me wanna cry.Comment
