    The colbert report

If Stephen Colbert is being criticized on a liberal talk radio show and noone is listening, does it make a sound?

I happen to find the Report funny.

Gives me a good 30 hour of laughs along with the Daily Show since alot of the time is now given to the guests.

I don't really like the show. Colbert does a good job of lampooning guys like O'reilly but he does it TOO well. He comes across as very smarmy.

I still watch The Daily Show on occasion tho.

          Air America Radio

I've listened to it a few times and while it's sometimes interesting I find that liberals come off as whiny bitches wheras the conservatives come off as hypocritical, pontificating jerkwads.

Too bad there's no such thing as a centrist these days.

There is such a thing as centrist now a days but none of them are involved in politics. Air America is a horrible, horrible radio network, IMO. (oh yeah this is going to get locked since its political)

I agree. This show is fantastic. Has a true genius about it.

And "The Word" is one of the funniest segments on television.

                  Re: The colbert report

I liked Colbert before he branched off to try this own thing. Daily Show just isn't the show I use to like when he was apart of the staff. I would have loved if they made it an hour longer instead of just giving him his own show. I wonder how the ratings are? I'd be happy if Colbert would just be reabsorbed back into the Daily Show. Maybe if my schedule isn't so demanding now, I'd probably stay up to watch it.......

Quite a few people listen to it actually.

Actually, not that many do. They're rating are through the......cellar, and if it weren't for supporters like George Soros pumping money into AirAmerica, it would have gone bankrupt long ago.

Daily Show >>>> Colbert Report, I think Colbert was better for 5 minutes at a time than for a straight half hour.
