Give me a break man. It's not like we hang around these guys and know what they're like when the cameras are off. I'm sure there are some athletes that you like and think are the greatest guys in the world, but in reality are considered dipsh*** by their fellow players.

Didn't know everybody hated em on the tour, but I know a fake when I see one, and Mickelson is most definitely one. It's all for the cameras man.

Very few athletes are genuine and are really good people. They've been put on a pedestal all their lives and monsters were created out of them since high school. Guys such as Grant Hill and Steve Nash come to mind when I think of guys that are almost without a doubt good people. At the end of the day, give me Artest's craziness over Mickelson's fakeness, at least people say Artest is a good guy, just too dumb to defend himself in the media and dumb overall.

Do you know Phil personally? Have you ever even met him? Again, do you get along with every one of your co-workers (or if you're not out of school, every one of the kids in school)? If not, I'm sure there are at least a couple who would say you're a jerk. Does that mean you are? Based on your brand of logic, I guess so.

I understood TO, Barry, Kobe...but the rest I don't get...where is Artest, Kenny Rogers, Tony Stewart even...do these people watch real sports? or sports period?

LOL. You're just quoting the same thing that was posted on that stupid article. Do you have anything original you can add? Can you even list off the "many golfers" of which you speak (again, without going off some article based on some 2nd hand conversation)? One guy comes to my mind--Vijay. That's the only guy I've seen quoted as saying that Phil is "faking it." There are a couple others who have come out and said something along the same lines. Ok, so you have 3 golfers out of how many? Vijay hates Tiger too. What does that prove?

Well, this is like trying to argue with a brick wall, so I'll just agree to disagree with you on this. And yes, I am a fan of Phil. I went to ASU at the same time he did and have followed him his entire career. Again, everyone I've ever talked to that has met him says that he is as nice away from the camera as he seems to be in front of it. Just because he may not get along with all of his "co-workers" doesn't make him a bad guy. I'll leave it at that.
