Seriously though, this show certainly looks like it could blow up like the next ER. That show has been on a serious downslide for about the past season and a half. If they don't pull the plug on it this year -- has it been picked up yet? -- I guarantee next year will be it's last. But, every element of the first few seasons of ER are here: attractive cast, excellent writing, the perfect blend of hospital drama and outside-the-hospital drama and the intensity. If they can keep it going, with the momentum they're gaining and the dropoff of DH this season, this could become a top five show.

Now, if only I could get into it.

No show on television manages to combine drama, comedy, and romance together as well as this show. Glad that I've been down since day one.

Back on tonight....and it's a new episode. So glad since nothing else was seriously on. Good stuff so far.......

Desperate Housewives is definitely in the need to take notes of this type of drama. WHAT THE HECK?? I never knew they could top last week but they already did IMO....good stuff!!

Oh, it gets so good. I don't even know if this is manly drama but it sure is getting so good!!

Dude ER is still in the top 10 for best written TV shows in my book. One thing that bothers me about Grey Anatomy is the main character is so unlikeable especially after tonight's episode.

YOu mean that loose female? She's the main character? Heck, I think she'd be an nice bang, but she sure does irritate me. And seeing the previews for next week, I can't wait.

I had to ressurect this thread a little seeing that I'm the only person still watching this show on this site it would assume. At least it feels like I'm the only one that gets filled with the emotion from these well written stories they show. I defintiely bought the first season and am waiting for the first sign of the second season. I'm so impressed by what this show has. It even shows me how difficult it is to make decisions within the ER & OR. Being in the career path of a nurse, I can only imagine how much weight is on the shoulders of all types of doctors that are put in situations of emergency where they have to think quick and make split second decisions. What a powerful show it was.

I've been following this show a lot, too. My girlfriend actually got me into it and now I can't miss it. It's really a great show with good characters and a very well-written storyline. Last nights show was great. Can't wait for the Season Finale.

I missed all of season 1, but haven't missed an episode of season 2. Can't wait for the season finale, considering its a 2 night, 3 hr marathon
