Damn. I knew he was frequently going in and out a hospital over the last few weeks, but I never knew how serious his kidney problems were.

Jay Dee has always been one of my favorite producers. I haven't bought his latest instrumental album Donuts that dropped earlier this week yet, but I'll have it within a few days. There was even a rumor going around that he worked on a few of the tracks on this album while in the hospital after he had some people bring in his equipment. At any rate, I heard Donuts is really nice. Gotta get it.

Ah man R.I.P to the one of the greatest producers of all time. J-Dilla had some of the best drums ever but at the same time was incredibly versatile. Dude blazed so many great beats.
