i'm definately going to rent it with some friends but i'll probably wait when blockbuster has it used to pick it up. really good sequel though.

I thought it was a lot better than the first and this is coming from someone who loved the first. It has a much deeper plot... more characters... better gore/special effects and in my opinion a better twist.

I'm the same way. Just saw the original on HBO In Demand a few weeks back. I didn't even know there WAS a sequel.

I didn't realize it was coming out until I went to blockbuster last week to rent Doom and saw it on their "big board"

Of course since then I see a commercial on TV everytime I watch a show, but hey.

The game part was not as good as the first one, but in the end it was good. Too much stupid killing and not enough physcological choices.

I'm DEFINITELY picking this up tomorrow after my baseball game, though I probably can't watch it until Thursday (with Friday being a holiday).

I've been anticipating this release for a long time, and I sure can't wait until Saw III comes out!

Agreed. But, the first one built up the best ending that I have ever seen in a movie before, and I don't think that any movie will ever top what the first one did.

Plus, it was amazing how long the stretched out two people in a bathroom for, but how short they condensed 8 people in an entire house + basement for. I certainly wish Saw II was longer, and had more character development.
