Re: Favorite Endings To A Movie
My favorite ending always has been, and always will be The Natural. When Hobbs crushes the ball into the lights, and the music starts playing as he rounds the bases, I get chills everytime.
Aside from that, gotta go with Jaws. "Smile you son of a....."Comment

Re: Favorite Endings To A Movie
Arlington Road was definately a trip. I had no clue that was coming.
Same thing with Usual Suspects, I saw it when it came out and was blown away by it.
As for movies that don't have the shocking twisty ends, some of my favorites are....
- Terminator 2
- Above The Rim (seeing Shep go off still gets me pumped as hell)
- Shawshank
- There's Something About Mary (Brett Farve - classic)
- Star Wars"You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Favorite Endings To A Movie
Usual Suspects is my #1, every person I show that movie to, whether they like the movie or not, said that ending was brilliant.
Braveheart needs to be mentioned for me here, because its the only ending that made me cry in the theater. "FREEDOM!!!!"
And here's a classic that hasn't been mentioned yet, surprisingly: Wheres the love for Empire Strikes Back?NBA 2K18 ratings for several seasons generated from advanced analytics using the SportsCrunch system:

Shawshank.
"I find I'm so excited I can barely sit still or hold a thought in my head. I think it's the excitment only a free man can feel. A free man at the start of a long journey who's conclusion is uncertain. I hope I can make it across the border...I hope to see my friend and shake his hand...I hope the pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams...I hope."- The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.Comment

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.Comment
