The guy was Stefan Ericksson, he was some executive with Gizmodo. I don't remember Gizmodo but it was a hand held gaming device.........apparently he stepped down after it was found he had ties to the mafia in Sweden and he served 10 years in prison..............so he might be screwed now.

This was the car he was racing against. 600+hp Merecedes, very fast

I never knew the pipes ran that short on the slr, that thing must sound unreal. I really can't beleive that, where do they put the muffler and CAT at?

the muflers and cat converters are behind the gills on the side of the car, those gills are to keep them cool.
they put the exhaust that way because the bottom of the car is smooth. A normal exhaust would of disrupted the smooth underbody.

I didn't know the doors opened up either
