    USB Drive Security - HELP

My department just bought me a USB 'thumb' drive for transporting files to and from work. Not a bad investment for them really. A one-time fee of $75 and I can now work from home. - haha

In the event I lose my little drive I want to make sure there is something in place so that the benefactor can't view any of the files.

I'm picky though, so the program has to be exactly what I need. I just have a few problems.

    1) I have several folders contained inside folders. Therefore I need to see this when I open up the drive. The software that came with my drive encrypts the files, but it just shows their names in a list. This makes it hard to keep track of everything.

    2) I have tried the "Folder Lock" software. It worked OKAY until I got it to work, then the .exe would freeze everytime I tried to enter my password. I then did a little research to see if I could resolve the issue only to be met with several sites saying "Dont install this, it sucks!". So I removed it. The software "TRUECRYPT" looked promising, but I don't have admin privledges at work.

Basically, I want a program that runs off the thumbdrive, not something that I need to install on each PC that it plugs into. I just want to pop my thumbdrive in and be asked for a password before I can begin, that's all.

What's good, and hopefully free, or at least "pirate-able". LOL
