Jordan, Guess, Dickies, Nike, Pelle Pelle and other ****.

Some people have problems...how can you spend $60 dollars on a video game(s) but cant buy nice NAME BRAND clothing thats not from a superstore (Walmart, kmart, target)?

I'm just saying I have better things to spend my money on than a $65 shirt.

Like every video game that comes out....my goodness...to each is own.

^ ive seen some specials on tv, where they do tests on different clothing brands... walmart and target shirts last HALF as long as the designer stuff.. so basically, you can buy 6 of them @9.99 and still get twice as many uses than if you bought one designer shirt @65.

Walmart anyday of the week for me.

RD, Im not saying I wouldnt get some plain T's and underwear from Walmart but as far as button-up shirts, pants and such, Wal-Mart fails.

I would guess that it would last longer cuz that damn polyester is some tuff ****!!

Like every video game that comes out....my goodness...to each is own.

Let me see, I get hours and hours of use out of a videogame. You wear a shirt once or twice a month. And I have never spent $65 on any videogame, let alone even $50.

Once or twice a month? Damn...I have like...a rotation of 5 shirts...wear them once a week.

Like what? I wear nice stuff to work every day. No one looks at it and goes, OMG, that is a $60 shirt!

I have like 30 dress shirts... so I get them in a rotation of 1 a month..LOL

Im in the same boat as the guy that said slacks and a nice shirt for work...

a lot of my pants come off the cheat bastage rack at GAP and buy dress shirts at Kohls & TJ Maxx (dont laugh, they carry RL, Nautica, etc. and theyre nice looking shirts).

For comfort I typically go with Jeans from Old Navy & Aeropostale, a t-shirt from where ever,and my AE flip flops.

Sounds like me. Everyday it's a different dress shirt and a different pair of slacks. There's really only so much one can do in terms of style in a corporate environment. Luckily, I don't have to wear a tie to work though!!

gotta go with abercrombie and fitch ONLY because i work there and get a 30% discount on everything...even though it still costs an arm and leg WITH a discount...we even had a ezra fitch sweater type and jeans that cost over 200 dollars...i vowed that if ANYONE would come in and buy any of those two items i would go up and shake their hand and tell them, congrats, u are a total dumb-***, BUT also make sure they had already paid for the stuff..

maybe this guy is an exception, but i know this person who wears the crappiest and cheapest looking "rugs" over his baldspot.. he's a pretty succesfful business man making money for his/her clients. that 99 cent "rug" doesnt define who he is or how productive he is.
they may look at him as cheap, but not sloppy.. i guess if you can look cheap without looking sloppy, youll be alright wearing $5.99 walmart shoes and shirts.


we have this damn image of trust equaling looks... youll, 95% of the time, trust the guy in the jaguar vs. a guy in a geo metro when it comes with money.. our whole perception is skewed toward material objects in many regards

I'm with ya bro. I get 90% of my non USC stuff (including shoes) from Marshalls.

I can't remember the last time I've bought clothes or shoes that wasn't at least 40% off.
