Horribly made... but I'm pretty certain that it's real... honestly though, the graphics make it look like a kid in his mom's basement put it together.
Obviously this was a clip from this movie and not one prior as Sly's hair is graying on the sides... The make up job on his face looked pretty good. Hopefully this doesn't turn out bad and makes people forget about the crappyness of Rocky 5.
