It depends on the situation.

If it was for example a wife that murdered by her husband I would still consider the house as long as it was nice and really discounted.

If the murder was drugs/gangs related and some of the members of the house were still alive, I would pass.

There has been cases here where people moved into a house but they didn't know the previous owner was involved with drugs. There were a couple of drive bys as a result.

No, I would feel too weird living in a house that people were murdered in. There's the possibility of paranormal activity in the house as well. It's just not a comfortable situation IMO.

I would, but only if the price was lowered to make it a really good deal. If it was priced much like other houses then i'd pass.

depending on the murder, there may be spirits still present.

id have to do some research and see just what exactly took place.

a drug robbery and shootout, im ok with. but beating and torture and serial killer status, id keep away from.

Probably not, even if it were something accidental. That's just way too creepy for me. Death freaks me out big time, so I can't imagine living somewhere a murder took place.
