That is great. As often as good bands/artists back cataloge of hits are raped for the almighty $$$$$, it is good to see an artist at least slow down the release of one more of these kinds of sets.

from what i hear its not coming out at all, but the new album "3121" will be out tuesday.

Yup, 3121 will be out Tuesday, but there's speculation that the set will be out in a couple months...most likely when Prince starts touring.

On a side note - borrowing a page out of Ronald Dahl's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," Prince has scattered around 5 purple tickets in his new album. The lucky fans who open up their CDs and find a purple ticket will be treated to a private concert at Prince's home.

That'd be kickass.
