Meh...I choose nethier. If I did I would choose G-Unit only because of their production. Dipset's beats have an aquired taste. Ethier you dig their samples or you dont.

That's preety good hehe...

Anyway, I definatly like Diplomatic Immunity over the G-Unit album, Hunger for More. I don't think Cam is that bad though. I do like both JS and Killah's voice, but they flow really slowly. I agree about the beats though. They are really good.

Dipset....

Dipset has better mixtapes out there than albums. Their mainstream stuff is crap though.

Juelz - His 1st album was good (From Me to You)
Un Kasa - This Kat is goofy but he's fire
Freeky Zeeky - He doesn't even rap. He just talks, but the stuff he says will always crack you up
Jim Jones - On My Way to Church was ok
Cam - You either love his style or hate it

All in all, Dipset all day eveyday...No contest

Both groups are Commercial driven producer based gorups. With out the beats Dip Set wouldnt get noticed. There really haven't had really great groups like this in a while and neither one of these two stand up close to the best of these types of groups

But this all depends on who consider is on GUNit

If you count former members and new groups its GUnit easy.

The first thing you have to judge is how good is the front man for these groups. As much as I cant stand 50 he still killing anything Cam will ever release with his first album. He sales more than Cam and is more marketable.

Banks Yayo and Buck arent nothing no better or worse than Dip Set but what sets G Unit apart is MOP and MobbDeep. These two groups if marketed with GUnit have the background the crushes anything on Dipset.

Mobb Deep actually got hip hop classics under thier belt

"Shook Ones" "Queit Storm"

MOP compared to Jim Jones and Co. come on its a no brainer.

LOL @ the mock dip-rap. That was spot on and had me bustin out laughin. Especially the Juelz verse.

I don't think MOP, Mobb Deep, Ma$e or The Game should count as part of this or else its obviously unfair; cause Game is a past member, and the others had classics before they even signed to g-unit.

That said, I agree with the guy who said Dipset all day everyday. To the guy who said their production is an acquired taste, I agree. I think their rhymes are as well. I used to hate them, but after awhile their dr. suess like rhymes, undeniably hot production, and charisma got to me. Banks is the best lyricist (read: punchline rapper) out of all of them, but I agree with the guy who said he has no charisma. None of these cats are a Nasty Nas on the mic, but at least the Dips have their own style and are entertaining.

DIPSET- wack but for some reason I love 'em.

Juelz's first album was a classic in my book. But if you don't like his style then you'll probably think it was crap.

Cam'Ron is Cam'Ron. Not really much to say. Personally i can't listen to him on 90% of his songs.

Jim Jones is garbage.

Hell Rell is nice. Depending on how much his content varies, his first album might be fire.

40 cal is nice.

JR Writer is okay at best.

Freaky Zeeky is ....

But it's mainly their production that make them better than G-Unit to me. I'd rather listen to most dipset instrumentals than some g-unit songs.
