    New cell phone?

Hey guys, after 3 years with my previous phone... I'm starting to think it's time for a new one. I am a cingular customer, and I'm going to stay with them, so... with that said. What type of phone/which one in particular, would you all suggest? I'm more partial to flip phones, but there are so many out there, that I don't know which one to choose.

    Thanks guys,

    Will

I'm kinda in the same boat you are WTF.

I've had my Sanyo 8100 for around 3 years, and was kinda wanting something new. I wouldn't mind having a speaker phone feature too. However, I'm a Sprint customer so, that's where we differ but I wouldn't object to switching.

Anyone got the ESPN Mobile, and have any advice?

Ew. I don't see why everyone is so ga-ga over them. They really bug me, and the buttons are hard to press.

Don't get the Razr. Nothing but problems. On top of it being underwhelming featurewise, they have so many problems including piss-poor batteries that end up totally dying after a while, and also, there are dust particles that get into and under the screen that are irremovable, so you end up with little dust dots everywhere that you cant remove unless you change the screen or get a new phone.

                  Stay TOTALLY away.

Well it depends on what you want to do with it. The ones that are coming out nowadays are just getting ridiculous. I don't need to take ****ty *** pictures or listen to itunes or look like an idiot wearing this huge headset.

Just give me something that is reliable and won't break if it's ever dropped.

BTW, I have verizon and an old motorola v60.

Whenever I see someone wearing a bluetooth headset, I kinda laugh, because everyone that wears it looks like a telemarketer to me...

I'd say go with the Treo 650. My current phone is nearly shot to hell and I want a new one bad. However, if I wait until 6/1, Sprint will give me a $150 off to upgrade and I'll probably go with the 650. My wife has one and it's nice. I'm jealous as hell. She had the 600 but it crapped out and she took it in and they gave her the 650 at no charge.
