I laugh so hard at that part when he grabs the steak from his nephew's plate and throws it at Napolean.

I've seen it a couple times and I think it is real funny. The steak scene is my favorite of the whole movie, I love when Uncle Ricco says that he could throw a football over a mountain.

I love the movie. The steak scene is great but my favorite is the whole tot scene, when Napoleon and Pedro are at the lunch table: "Are you going to eat your tots", "No", Napoleon sticks them in his pocket for "later."

My favorite scene was when the kids were on the bus going to school and you hear a shotgun (farmer shooting a cow), a cow grunts and the kids all scream. LOL.

There's so many little things in this film that are hilarious.

I like Napoleon's T-Shirts the best. Every single one of them cracks me up. The space boots are classic too.

The funny thing is a guy who plays on our softball team looks and acts just like Uncle Rico. After I watched the movie and talked about it with a couple of friends all of us were like, "You know who Uncle Rico reminds me of...." Everyone once said the guy on our softball team could play Uncle Rico from the scams trying to make money to thinking he is lady's man to "I bet I could throw a football over that mountain".

We call him Uncle Rico until this day and he has no idea why.

I saw it after all the hype. So I kinda thought it sucked. IF I had seen it before the cult following picked up, I probably would have liked it. Unfortunately I expected it to be a nonstop laugh fest, and it was just a mildly funny offbeat comedy.

I agree 110%. I can honestly say I laughed out loud once throughout the movie. To call it the worst movie I've ever seen would be a horrible, unforgiveable insult to the previous worst movie I had ever seen. (FYI, it was a black and white French film about a kid and a ball, I was in film class)

I find the movie very humorous, it's the subtle things that make it funny. Like when Napoleon ask the chicken guy how sharp are the chicken's "talons" or the dramatic way he takes swigs of his drinks after dancing. Just Napoleons mannerisms in general are funny. There are no really big laughs but a lot of little things that make it funny to me. I probably laughed more at this movie than dodgeball, but I have a weird sense of humor. It's a comedy that does not use situations to be funny, it's the characters that make it funny.

I totally agree...the characters and how they interact with each other is what makes the movie. It's funny because you can see a little of these characters in people who you know in real life; I used to work with a guy that is a spitting image of Kip and was into the chat rooms big time like how he was in the movie. He used to talk about all of these people he knew from chatting and the hours upon hours of time he used to waste on the computer. The movie makes me laugh everytime I see it, and the deleted scenes are great if you haven't checked those out.

Oh, how wrong you are. Hearing everyone and their mother endlessly quoting the absolute hell out of a movie can certainly kill my interest in it. Just like a good song can get played out, the same definitely holds true for movies. You can only hear the same thing so many times before you just get sick and tired of it.

As for ND, if I were to go back and watch it with some friends around instead of by myself, I would probably be laughing my *** off at it. But, I didn't, and I don't plan on it. The potential for humor is there, but it's not something I would voluntarily go back to just to find.

I love it, everytime I find it on HBO I stop for at least 10 minutes. Plus my friends uncle is just about a Rico clone so that's pretty sweet.
