HELP ME FIX MY XBOX

i was playign it and it froze while saving. And i turned it off and turned it back on and it says my x-box needs to be fix and to call the customer service. the light was flashing red and green. it said the messege in like 6 different langs. and had the #13 in the top left hand side.. ever happent o anyone.. anoyone know what to do?

I don't own an XBOX 360, but...

If the XBOX is telling you to call customer service... ...shouldn't you call customer service?

At least, that's what I'd do.

i just did all that you and F*Cked want $80 for them to tell me over the phone how to fix it. Thats BS.

Yeah I had to give up on my XBOX because I know it's a drive that needs to be exchanged and since my warranty had run out, calling wouldn't help (cost) and fixing it would also cost.

man, i don't play my xbox anymore since i got the 360. i put the original box in the kids room. just the other day, same message and the red and green flashing light thing. is there any fix for this or is the thing dead? luv mist, you know of a fix? any help is greatly appreciated!
