Max Drive Help?

I installed the Max Drive disc on my pc...

Downloaded a roster file...

Inserted Max Drive unit into pc port...

Tried to 'drag and drop' to no avail...

I find the instruction manual to be very confusing...

Are there any links or stickies for a 'plain english' version for this device?

I'm very tech challenged...

Make sure the tab on the side of the Max Drive hardware is slid towards the "unlock" picture. Otherwise, the device will be "locked," and file transfers limited/restricted.

Also, make sure you keep the file in its original format when dragging to the MaxDrive program.
