A 10-year-old Purcell, Oklahoma, girl was the victim of a horrific plan of kidnap, rape, torture and cannibalism, authorities said Saturday.

The district attorney added that her injuries were also consistent with a "serious attempt to cut the head off the body."

Evidence seized from Underwood's apartment included a decorative dagger authorities say was used to try to decapitate the girl, a hacksaw, a meat tenderizer, barbecue skewers and a wooden cutting board, Kuykendall said.

Authorities believe the girl was molested after she had died, Kuykendall told CNN after the news conference.

almost no way he can plead insanity due to what was on his BLOG. the insanity plea means you a) didn't know what you were doing or b) didn't know what you were doing was anything bad. And in his BLOG he directly says what he was thinking about doing AND he also says if people knew what he was thinking they would lock him up. pretty much blows the whole insanity defense out of the realm of usability I think.

oh and yeah, if he played grand theft auto at least once in his life i'm sure that will be cited as the reason for why he did all that ...LOL

Interesting that he writes "I want to live a normal life". Certainly sounds like a set-up for the insanity defense. Could he be that cunning to set up his own defense by posting intentionally crazy msgs on his blog? Or is he truly insane?

The District Attorney certainly has his/her work cut out to fry this turd. This bunghole's crimes are considerably heinous and bring to mind Jeffrey Dahmer.
