What's the maximum term for a conspiracy charge in their state? That's all they could really collar them for, is various accounts of "conspiring to harm the public".

That's ridiculous if they get this minimal amount of time. Do they have to wait for people to be dead to take action? That's ****ed up.

Maybe they got picked because they f-ing wore trench coats and wanted to kill people. Kids need to quit being wusses about everything. If someone is talking s*** to you...you kick his ***....don't shoot him.

Seriously. Half the time the big time jocks and popular people don't even mind the losers and whatnot because they don't even want to associate with them. Plus, if you get made fun of, who cares? People are so damn sensitive it's sickening. If you can't let something slide then you're in for a rude awakening when you get into the real world.

And that's another thing. These kids are still in freaking high school. They haven't experienced anything of the real world. And they want to kill people for calling them names? GIVE ME A BREAK.

its pretty sad that these kids end up taking lives away because of these shootings. honestly if your having problems or getting bullied go to a counselor. dont kill people!

If these kids couldn't handle getting picked on in regular ol' high school, I can just imagine how horrible life is going to be for them if they get sent to a juvenile detention center.

Yep that is were I work. And it is really bad there. If you think you get tease in school, to go the hall. They tease you on everything. But bullying has always been bad in Schools. I was never bullied, but I am sure it can drive someone to do crazy things. I just wish kids would realize what they are doing to others!

i'm glad i went to a school that didn't have a bulley problem. we had cliques but never to a point to put any group down. actually our jocks, including myself would always protect the person who was being bullied if it happened.
