mp3directcut it is freeware and pretty easy to use.

audacity is free, fairly easy to use and considerably powerful.

Audacity isn't tough at all. I made a podcast episode without any problems, it is really straightforward.

What exactly is a joiner? Is is something that makes the transitions on a "custom" cd work smoother together? Break it down for me.......
