I don't need CGI Yoda in the OT because I thought he looked pretty good, but Episode I really needs one, he looks too plastic in that one.

I agree, and on the Episode III documentary they showed a Jedi Council scene w/ CGI Yoda already replaced. I'm gathering that the Episode I change will/should be a no-brainer.

I'm also hoping that if they make an uber box set they should insert the deleted scenes from the OT (Luke saying bye to his Biggs on Tatooine is one that I recall) as well as the scenes on the PT DVD's.

I hope when they release a new version of Revenge of the Sith that they put in all the deleted scenes dealing with the covert meetings between Mon Mothma, Bail Organa, and Padme that were the seeds of the Rebellion. Those were big parts of the EpIII novel and the scenes on the DVD were very good as well. I don't understand why they cut them unless it was due to time lengths which don't matter on DVDs.
