2006 Babe Showdown - Wrapup

The more things change, the more they stay the same. The top seed wins in a nail biter and Cuthbert is left standing at the altar once again. Congrats to Alba our 2006 winner and 'Jason' (not sure of the OS name) who beat out Camulous by one point in the prediction contest.

This year was wild compared to last year. Last year the top four seeds in every region advanced to the second round. THis year 5 didn't make it. Of those five, three (2) seeds were upset. And the only one to win was Biel who won by 4 votes only.

It's been fun, but honestly I think last year was much more fun. I can't say if I'm going to be doing this again next year. As of now I'm leaning towards not, but we'll see. When it stops being fun, it's not worth it.

Thanks to all of the people who voted and had fun with the whole thing. And all must bow to Alba, your OS 2006 Babe Showdown Queen!

thank thank you. First I'd like to thank Jistic for making this possible. Now, what prize do I get. I demand a trophy. 1 point!?! I beat him by 17 easily. Nobody had Cuthbert-Alba final either. I was completely wrong on the Miller side of the bracket but close on the Lima one. I personally liked JLH more but didn't figure she would get that far. Thank thaank you.
